Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, backorder, special order, deferred purchase, try-before-you-buy purchase, or other purchase option. This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how those purchases may be changed, canceled, charged, fulfilled, or refunded.
By placing an order with a subscription, pre-order, deferred payment, try-before-you-buy purchase option, special order item, backordered item, or other purchase option, you agree to the terms shown on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, invoice, quote, written approval, and this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights, warranty rights, withdrawal rights, refund rights, or other statutory rights that apply under applicable law.
Subscriptions
At this time, HR Tactical Innovations only offers free subscription-based options unless a paid subscription is clearly stated before checkout.
If a free subscription, notification subscription, membership subscription, or similar no-cost recurring option is offered, no recurring product charge will be collected unless the subscription terms shown before checkout state otherwise.
If HR Tactical Innovations offers a paid subscription in the future, the subscription terms, billing amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any applicable shipping charges will be shown before checkout.
When a paid subscription is purchased, the customer authorizes HR Tactical Innovations or its payment processor to securely store the payment method and charge it according to the subscription terms selected at checkout.
Paid subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the subscription terms. Customers may cancel or modify an eligible subscription using the link provided in the order confirmation email, customer account area, or subscription management portal when available.
Canceling a subscription prevents future eligible subscription charges. Cancellation does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse any order that has already been processed, fulfilled, shipped, prepared for fulfillment, or otherwise committed.
Returns and refunds for products received through a subscription are handled according to our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products that are not yet available for immediate fulfillment, are out of stock, are awaiting manufacturer release, are awaiting supplier availability, are awaiting import, or are expected to ship at a later date.
Pre-orders are generally charged in full at checkout unless the product page, checkout page, invoice, quote, or pre-order terms clearly state that no payment or only a partial deposit will be collected at checkout.
Estimated shipping dates, arrival dates, release dates, and fulfillment timelines are estimates only. Pre-order timelines may change due to manufacturer delays, supplier delays, production delays, import delays, customs delays, carrier delays, allocation changes, product updates, or other circumstances outside of HR Tactical Innovations’ control.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that the item is being reserved, allocated, sourced, ordered, imported, produced, or otherwise committed for future fulfillment and that the timeline may change.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment only if approved by HR Tactical Innovations.
If a pre-order cancellation is approved, a 30% cancellation fee may apply, except where prohibited by applicable law. This fee helps cover payment processing costs, supplier commitments, inventory allocation, preorder administration, lost opportunity cost, and time spent managing the reserved order.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, shipped, transferred to a fulfillment partner, entered final processing, ordered from a supplier, allocated, imported, produced, modified, customized, or otherwise committed beyond cancellation, it may not be cancelable.
After shipment, any eligible resolution must be handled under our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy.
Pre-orders for custom, made-to-order, modified, personalized, special order, distributor-sourced, imported, third-party fulfilled, or customer-specific products may be non-cancelable once the order has been placed, sourced, produced, modified, allocated, imported, transferred to fulfillment, or committed with a supplier.
HR Tactical Innovations reserves the right to deny a pre-order cancellation request if the item has already been ordered, allocated, produced, modified, shipped, transferred to fulfillment, imported, or otherwise committed specifically for the customer.
Special Order, Backordered, and Deferred Fulfillment Items
Some products may not be labeled as pre-orders but may still require delayed or deferred fulfillment. This may include backordered items, special order items, distributor-sourced items, imported items, made-to-order items, custom products, third-party fulfilled items, or products that do not display live inventory availability at the time of purchase.
These items may have longer processing or fulfillment timelines than standard in-stock products. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Cancellation approval is not guaranteed for special order, backordered, distributor-sourced, imported, made-to-order, custom, third-party fulfilled, or customer-specific products. If cancellation is approved, cancellation fees, supplier fees, payment processing fees, administrative fees, shipping fees, import fees, or other applicable deductions may apply, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Deferred Payment and Deferred Purchase Options
Some orders may be placed using a deferred payment, installment payment, deposit, payment authorization, buy-now-pay-later, or other deferred purchase option where available at checkout.
Deferred payment options may be provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to that provider’s own eligibility rules, approval process, payment schedule, fees, terms, and privacy policy.
Using a deferred payment option does not change the product’s processing time, fulfillment timing, cancellation eligibility, return eligibility, or refund eligibility unless the product page, checkout page, payment provider terms, or written approval states otherwise.
If a cancellation, return, refund, or adjustment is approved, any refund will be processed according to the payment method used and the applicable third-party payment provider’s process.
Try-Before-You-Buy
HR Tactical Innovations does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases unless that option is clearly shown on the product page and at checkout.
If try-before-you-buy is offered in the future, the payment timing, trial period, return deadline, product condition requirements, cancellation terms, and any future charge date will be shown before checkout.
When a customer places a try-before-you-buy order, the customer authorizes HR Tactical Innovations or its payment processor to securely store the payment method and charge it according to the terms shown at checkout if the product is not returned according to the applicable terms.
Products returned under a try-before-you-buy offer must be returned in the required condition and by the required deadline. Items that are used, installed, modified, damaged, missing packaging, missing parts, returned late, or otherwise outside the stated terms may be charged in full or handled according to our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy.
Regular Order Cancellations
Orders that are not subscriptions, pre-orders, special orders, backorders, custom orders, made-to-order items, modified items, personalized items, distributor-sourced items, imported items, third-party fulfilled items, deferred fulfillment items, or try-before-you-buy purchases may be eligible for cancellation before processing or shipment if approved by HR Tactical Innovations.
Approved regular order cancellations may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee unless otherwise stated, except where prohibited by applicable law. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing fees, administrative time, and order handling costs.
Cancellation approval is not guaranteed. Orders that have already entered processing, fulfillment, packing, shipment, supplier ordering, production, customization, import processing, or third-party fulfillment may not be cancelable.
EU Customers and Right of Withdrawal
If your order ships to the European Union and you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.

Nothing in this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable EU consumer protection laws or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Method
Approved cancellation refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated, required by law, or handled differently under a specific product, preorder, international, rejected shipment, store credit, deferred payment, third-party payment provider, or special order policy.
Shipping charges, payment processing fees, supplier fees, preorder cancellation fees, cancellation fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, import fees, carrier fees, customs fees, and other non-recoverable costs may be non-refundable or deducted from an eligible refund where applicable, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, payment provider, issuing bank, payment processor, or third-party financing provider.
Policy Relationship
This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy works together with our other published policies. If a product page, checkout notice, order confirmation, preorder notice, subscription notice, invoice, quote, written approval, or customer-specific agreement includes more specific terms, those specific terms may apply to that purchase, except where prohibited by applicable law.
