For custom projects, we charge a design fee to cover the creative process. Additionally, there are testing fees for the initial print. Don't worry; if we need to make adjustments and conduct additional test prints for the same part, it's all included.

After fine-tuning your design, we'll proceed to create the final working print. You'll receive the printed product, ensuring it meets your expectations.

Depending on the uniqueness of your design, we might consider adding it to our collection of products or creating variations to appeal to a broader audience.

While we're thrilled to collaborate on your custom project, we reserve some creative rights, especially if we decide to include it in our product collection.

We reserve the right to decline custom projects if they fall outside our scope or capabilities.

A non-refundable down payment will be collected before we start working on your project. It's a sign of commitment to bring your idea to reality.

The total project cost won't be available upfront, and we'll provide it upon the completion of the design phase.

In some cases, your paintball guns or parts may need to be shipped for proper fitting. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including return shipping, which will be added to your order.

We'll ensure packages to the value you provide, but please note that we're not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping.
