Low Profile Rail Adapter Kit -Fits ARC, Peltor, 3M, and other helmet headsets.

The Low Profile Rail Adapter Kit is compatible with most rail types, including Ops-Core ARC and M-LOK rails. It enables seamless integration of hearing protection or communication headsets directly onto helmet rails, eliminating the need for uncomfortable straps that cause hotspots and headaches.

Important:

• For M-LOK, ensure the T-Nut is vertical in the slot. If angled, it may pop off under strong pressure.
• For ARC you will use the same included T-Nut.
• Avoid over-torquing bolts and use the included Loctite.

Our design minimizes the overall profile of tactical helmet headset systems by using lightweight aluminum and glass-filled nylon for durability and smooth rotation. The adapter is 80% slimmer than competitors and now features pre-bent wires and built-in springs for easier rotation when headsets are not in use.
