🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Eligible standard returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. EU withdrawal returns are handled under applicable statutory rights; prohibited restocking fees do not apply, though lawful diminished-value deductions may.

Custom products, sale items, gift cards, perishable or personal-care goods, and hazardous materials are non-returnable except where applicable law or an approved warranty or defect claim requires otherwise.

Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties apply to all standard products. Any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues are handled directly by the manufacturer per their terms.

The PTS EPM1-RX is the latest evolution of the industry-leading EPM1 250-round mid-cap AEG magazine, delivering refined internal geometry for even smoother feeding and more consistent performance under high rates of fire.

The RX revision introduces newly tooled internal shells, identified by their grey color and EPM1-RX markings, which improve dimensional accuracy and reduce friction within the BB channel. The result is a magazine that loads easier, feeds smoother, and maintains the legendary reliability the EPM1 platform is known for.

Important Note:
The FDE EPM1-RX currently retains the original black internal shell, while Black models feature the updated RX internals.

Despite the internal update, the EPM1-RX retains all of the features that made the original EPM1 a benchmark in airsoft magazines.

What Makes the EPM1-RX Special

The EPM1 was the first spring-loaded AEG magazine to truly rival high-cap capacity while maintaining mid-cap reliability. Developed in collaboration with Odin Innovations, the EPM1 platform redefined what players could expect from a performance magazine.

The signature Fuel Gauge Window gives you instant visual confirmation of remaining BBs using a high-visibility orange follower, eliminating guesswork during reloads. When the magazine is full, the indicator sits at the top of the window and gradually descends as BBs are fired.

Constructed from Dupont™ Zytel® reinforced polymer, the EPM1-RX shell is extremely durable while remaining lightweight. The continuous magwell guide minimizes snagging during reloads, while the revised ridge texture along the spine improves grip and allows compatibility with Magpul Maglink® couplers.

The redesigned low-profile slide-in baseplate is slimmer, more impact-resistant, and features an angled heel for monopod-style supported shooting. A molded dot matrix allows for easy magazine identification.
