Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Eligible standard returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. EU withdrawal returns are handled under applicable statutory rights; prohibited restocking fees do not apply, though lawful diminished-value deductions may.
Custom products, sale items, gift cards, perishable or personal-care goods, and hazardous materials are non-returnable except where applicable law or an approved warranty or defect claim requires otherwise.
Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties apply to all standard products. Any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues are handled directly by the manufacturer per their terms.

The Pro Line Tactical Demi-Season Sneakers are made from dense suede and Cordura—high-quality, wear-resistant materials that provide protection from mechanical damage and ensure a long service life. These materials give the sneakers water-resistant (breathable) and highly durable properties, which are essential during training, off-road movement, and significant physical exertion.
A key feature of these all-season sneakers is the incorporation of the high-quality, patented Vibram outsole. This type of sole is globally renowned for providing ideal traction on any surface while maintaining flexibility and guaranteed stability in all directions. Today, Vibram is more than just a high-quality sole—it is a hallmark of quality for trekking footwear, meeting crucial characteristics such as: the tread remaining flexible and not restricting foot movement; anti-slip surfaces ensuring excellent grip on various types of terrain in all weather conditions; excellent wear resistance; and preserving the natural movement of the foot.
The convenient, elongated lacing system allows the sneakers to be secured perfectly on the foot, and the durable laces are non-soaking and non-slip. A soft membrane lining ensures an ideal microclimate inside the sneakers and maximum comfort. Rubberized toe and heel sections reliably protect the feet from impacts and increase the footwear’s durability.
