🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Eligible standard returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. EU withdrawal returns are handled under applicable statutory rights; prohibited restocking fees do not apply, though lawful diminished-value deductions may.

Custom products, sale items, gift cards, perishable or personal-care goods, and hazardous materials are non-returnable except where applicable law or an approved warranty or defect claim requires otherwise.

Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties apply to all standard products. Any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues are handled directly by the manufacturer per their terms.

Every day, Ukrainian defenders actively use drones to detect and destroy enemy equipment and ammunition depots. For this reason, M-Tac created the original DRONES ZONE military sticker dedicated to UAV operators and aerial reconnaissance units.

The sticker features a drone with a warning symbol (danger from above) and the text Warning: Drones Zone, hinting that the enemy should expect “rainfall” today. The use of various types of UAVs helps reconnaissance units identify targets, while artillery strikes them with high precision. Drones allow long-distance surveillance, detection of enemy positions, adjustment of fire, and dropping munitions directly on the target. Decisions are made within seconds, significantly influencing modern combat tactics. Bayraktars, kamikaze drones, and modified civilian drones destroy enemy equipment from the sky and fundamentally impact the course of the war.
