Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Eligible standard returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. EU withdrawal returns are handled under applicable statutory rights; prohibited restocking fees do not apply, though lawful diminished-value deductions may.
Custom products, sale items, gift cards, perishable or personal-care goods, and hazardous materials are non-returnable except where applicable law or an approved warranty or defect claim requires otherwise.
Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties apply to all standard products. Any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues are handled directly by the manufacturer per their terms.

The Backpack Modular Inserts (3 pcs) from M-Tac were developed by designers as an additional accessory kit for the M-Tac Elite Hex weapon cases (105 cm and 85 cm models) and for use with the M-Tac Large Elite Hex Backpack, or any other gear featuring internal Hook-and-Loop panels.
These inserts are primarily designed for securing disassembled AR-15 carbines, AK carbines with folding stocks, and other small firearms. The inserts can be positioned individually to ensure the most reliable fixation of the weapon inside the case, preventing internal movement and damage during transport. Beyond firearms, they also offer the versatility to secure radios, magazines, and even items like pepper spray canisters.
The inserts feature a plastic base that provides necessary rigidity, while the Hook-and-Loop fasteners ensure items are held firmly and protected from falling out. This allows for individual adjustment to precisely fit the required size and configuration of your gear.
