Geissele Automatics Super Modular Rail MK16 Handguard

The Geissele Automatics Super Modular Rail MK16 is a combat-proven AR-15 handguard developed for the URG-I program and adopted by USASOC for its exceptional rigidity, durability, and reliability under hard use.

Precision machined from 7000-series aluminum and finished in a black hardcoat anodizing or Desert Dirt , the MK16 is engineered to maintain zero and resist flex even with heavy accessory loads. The extended-length Geissele barrel nut increases surface contact with the upper receiver, dramatically improving structural integrity compared to standard AR handguards. Integrated anti-rotation tabs and locking set screws ensure the rail stays locked in place under recoil, impacts, and sustained firing.

A full-length Picatinny top rail provides a continuous mounting surface for optics and iron sights, while seven sides of M-LOK slots allow flexible placement of lights, grips, sling mounts, and mission-specific accessories without unnecessary weight.

Available in 9.3″, 10.5″, and 13.5″ lengths, the MK16 supports a wide range of AR-15 configurations, from compact duty carbines to full-length URG-I-style builds.
