🚚 Shipping & Delivery

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Eligible standard returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. EU withdrawal returns are handled under applicable statutory rights; prohibited restocking fees do not apply, though lawful diminished-value deductions may.

Custom products, sale items, gift cards, perishable or personal-care goods, and hazardous materials are non-returnable except where applicable law or an approved warranty or defect claim requires otherwise.

Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties apply to all standard products. Any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues are handled directly by the manufacturer per their terms.

International shipping availability depends on the product, destination, applicable restrictions, and the services offered at checkout. Not every product can be shipped to every country or region.

Pay a $100 down payment toward an HRTI-approved custom Fuzion anodizing or laser engraving project. This is not the final project price. The deposit is applied to the approved project total, and HRTI will confirm the remaining balance, scope, timing, and shipping instructions before work begins.

Request and receive preliminary scope approval before purchasing this deposit. No physical marker or part is included with this service.

Use this deposit for

Mixed-part projects that do not fit one fixed-price service listing
Unusual dimensions, materials, coatings, part counts, or preparation requirements
Disassembly, damage repair, masking, or other added labor
Custom artwork development, multiple design directions, or engraving beyond a listed scope
Any project Fuzion or HRTI must inspect before final pricing

How the project works

Contact HRTI with the marker model, exact parts, desired colors or reference images, engraving requirements, and your location.
HRTI and Fuzion review material suitability and the preliminary project scope.
After HRTI approves the preliminary scope, purchase this $100 project down payment.
The deposit is applied to the approved final project total. The remaining balance and any separately approved charges are billed before completion or return shipment.
Ship clean, fully disassembled parts only after HRTI provides the correct packing and shipping instructions.

Not included in the $100 deposit: the final service balance, shipping, disassembly, preparation, repair, artwork changes, unusual materials or part counts, and work outside the approved scope. Any additional charge requires approval.

Eligibility and expectations

Anodizing is limited to compatible aluminum, with 6061 or 6063 preferred. Cast aluminum, high-copper alloys, unknown materials, and previously finished components may be declined or produce variable results. Exact color matching and exact duplication of prior freehand work cannot be guaranteed. Fuzion does not provide media blasting through this service.

Fuzion generally reports approximately one to two weeks of active production after receiving approved items. Current queue, project complexity, and shipping time can extend the total timeline.
