Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Eligible standard returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. EU withdrawal returns are handled under applicable statutory rights; prohibited restocking fees do not apply, though lawful diminished-value deductions may.
Custom products, sale items, gift cards, perishable or personal-care goods, and hazardous materials are non-returnable except where applicable law or an approved warranty or defect claim requires otherwise.
Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties apply to all standard products. Any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues are handled directly by the manufacturer per their terms.

Easily attach any Pull Patch, all of which are sized 3” width x 2” height and designed with a built-in hook backing, to hat’s loop surface. Honestly, we wouldn’t even call it a “process” because our patches are so simple to attach. All you need is a hat, but don’t worry as Pull Patch offers many premium caps to choose from (sold separately), or you can attach your patch to a jacket or vest. All patches are designed with a built-in hook backing, so they can be secured easily to any loop surface. We do not use VELCRO® brand fasteners, but Pull Patch products are compatible with all VELCRO® loop fasteners.
