Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Eligible standard returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. EU withdrawal returns are handled under applicable statutory rights; prohibited restocking fees do not apply, though lawful diminished-value deductions may.
Custom products, sale items, gift cards, perishable or personal-care goods, and hazardous materials are non-returnable except where applicable law or an approved warranty or defect claim requires otherwise.
Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer warranties apply to all standard products. Any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues are handled directly by the manufacturer per their terms.
HR Tactical Innovations covers a Fitment & Functionality Guarantee on all custom or modified items — if a verified production error occurs, we’ll replace the item.

International shipping availability depends on the product, destination, applicable restrictions, and the services offered at checkout. Not every product can be shipped to every country or region.
Available services, charges, and any delivery estimates are calculated for the order and destination at checkout. Carrier and customs processing can affect delivery timing.
Import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, permits, and documentation may apply based on the destination and are not included unless checkout states otherwise.

Fixed-price whole-marker custom anodizing for up to 25 aluminum parts from one Autococker or legacy paintball marker. HR Tactical Innovations coordinates the order, and Fuzion Anodizing completes the finish.
Select a quantity tier, finish, and design level. The listed 3+ rate is per marker and requires a cart quantity of at least three on the same approved project. Orders using that rate below the minimum will be adjusted or canceled.
This listing is a service only. The marker and parts are not included.
- Aluminum only, with 6061 preferred; cast aluminum can produce unpredictable results.
- Steel, chrome, titanium, plastic, and other unsupported materials are excluded.
- Markers must arrive clean, stripped, and fully disassembled unless teardown is separately approved.
- Fuzion disassembly is not included and may add $100–$150.
- Exact color matching and exact pattern duplication are not guaranteed. True white anodizing is not available.
- Typical active production is 1–2 weeks after receipt and design approval, excluding the waitlist and transit time.
- Extra preparation, damage repair, masking, excess part count, unusual materials, engraving, and return shipping may require a separate charge or custom quote.
