We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per business, per account, per payment method, per shipping address, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, the same billing address, the same shipping address, or orders that appear related.

Product images are provided for reference. Actual colors, finishes, textures, packaging, markings, accessories, or included components may vary due to manufacturer changes, production variation, lighting, screen settings, or product updates.

8. Payment Review, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance Review

All orders are subject to automated and manual review for payment risk, fraud risk, compliance risk, address risk, product restriction risk, and related operational concerns.

Cancellation approval is not guaranteed. Orders may not be cancelable once they have entered processing, fulfillment, supplier ordering, production, customization, packing, shipment, third-party fulfillment, or another committed stage.

Preorders, backorders, special order items, distributor-sourced items, third-party fulfilled items, custom products, made-to-order products, modified products, personalized products, and customer-specific items may be subject to longer timelines, different cancellation terms, cancellation fees, or non-cancelable status once committed.

Cancellation terms are governed by our Cancellations Policy and Refund, Return & Warranty Policy. Any product page, checkout notice, invoice, quote, order confirmation, written approval, or customer-specific agreement may include more specific terms for that purchase.

13. Custom Products and Customer-Specific Work

Custom products may include special order items, distributor-sourced items not stocked on hand, made-to-order components, personalized items, modified items, custom builds, custom designs, coatings, finishes, engraving, customer-requested configurations, and any product ordered or modified specifically for a customer.

Custom products may have different processing times, cancellation rights, return eligibility, refund eligibility, and warranty remedies than standard in-stock products. Details are governed by our published policies and any product-specific or written terms provided for the order.

14. Wholesale, MAP, B2B, and Institutional Orders

If you purchase through a wholesale, B2B, government, institutional, dealer, team, or approved purchasing program, additional eligibility, pricing, order minimum, payment, resale, MAP, verification, fulfillment, and compliance terms may apply.

HR Tactical Innovations may approve, deny, suspend, modify, or terminate wholesale or B2B access at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Wholesale pricing, B2B pricing, quotes, special pricing, or dealer pricing may not be combined with other discounts unless expressly approved.
