We stand by the proper fitting and functionality of our products within 15 days of receiving them. Occasionally, imperfections in the print process may affect fitting and functionality. In such cases, we offer a warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty for Proper Fitting and Functionality

We warranty our work for proper fitting and functionality within 15 days of receiving the product. If you encounter issues with the fit or functionality of our products due to imperfections in the print process during this period, please contact us at Shoot@hrtacticalin.com, and we will work with you to address the issue.

Custom Ordered Products

Please note that custom ordered products are not eligible for returns. However, they are covered by our warranty for proper fitting, functionality, and printing process imperfections within 15 days of receiving them. If you have concerns about a custom order, please reach out to us, and we will assist you.

Returns

For non-custom orders, we accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Restocking Fee

Please note that a 60% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and restocking returned products.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different size, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
