Some Planet Eclipse products are subject to regional distribution agreements. Because of these agreements, HR Tactical Innovations may be unable to sell certain Planet Eclipse products directly into protected territories.

Why the product may not be available
Planet Eclipse has granted certain dealers exclusive distributor rights within their local regions. When a customer is located in one of those protected territories, HR Tactical Innovations cannot process a direct order for restricted Planet Eclipse products into that region.
If an order is placed from within one of these areas, we may be unable to fulfill the Planet Eclipse portion of the order. In that case, we will contact the customer to explain the restriction and, when appropriate, direct them to the proper regional distributor or dealer. Any order completed through that distributor or dealer will be subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, shipping policies, duties, taxes, and local regulations.

Custom builds and modified products

Availability depends on the product, the destination country, the scope of customization, and applicable distribution rules.
