Ordering & Availability

Are all products in stock?

Not always. Some items are in stock and ready to ship, while others may be special order, backorder, preorder, or fulfilled through a supplier or partner. Product pages will show the best available inventory and availability details when possible.

What does special order or backorder mean?

A special order or backorder means the item is not currently ready to ship from our available inventory. These items may need to be ordered from a supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment partner before they can ship to you.

Do delivery estimates apply to special order or backorder items?

No. Delivery estimates shown at checkout generally apply to in-stock items only. Special order, backorder, preorder, and supplier-fulfilled items may take longer depending on availability, supplier processing, customs, and transit time.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it, especially if payment has been captured, fulfillment has started, or a special order has already been placed. Approved cancellations may be subject to our cancellation policy, including non-refundable processing fees where applicable.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

In-stock items usually ship as quickly as possible, often same or next business day after processing. Special order, backorder, preorder, and supplier-fulfilled items ship after they arrive, are prepared, or are released by the supplier.

How do I track my order?

Tracking will be provided once a shipping label is created. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package. View your account to track your orders.

What shipping carrier will be used?

Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on item size, weight, order value, shipping method, destination, and carrier availability.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently support shipping to select international destinations. International availability may vary by product type, destination country, shipping service, and import restrictions.

Who is responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or import fees?

What should I include when asking a fitment question?

Include the marker or platform, generation if known, current setup, product name or URL, and photos if they help explain the issue. The more detail you provide, the easier it is to give an accurate answer.

Can you help me build a complete setup?

Yes. We can help with complete marker builds, parts selection, optics, barrels, stocks, air setups, accessories, and general build planning. For full builds or more involved projects, use the Custom Build Request form.

Are firearms parts and accessories compatible with paintball, airsoft, or less-lethal platforms?

Some firearms parts and accessories may fit paintball, airsoft, training, or less-lethal platforms when the mounting standard or dimensions are compatible. Fitment is not guaranteed unless clearly stated, and buyers are responsible for checking legality, compatibility, and safe use for their application.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

How do I return a product?

Returns must follow our return policy and require approval before sending anything back. Items generally need to be returned in original condition with all included parts, packaging, and documentation. Restocking fees may apply depending on the item and return reason.

Are there restocking fees?

Can I return special order or backorder items?

Do you offer custom marker builds?

Do you offer custom design, Cerakote, anodizing, engraving, or 3D printed parts?

Custom design work may be available depending on the project, materials, platform, timeline, and vendor availability. Use the Custom Design Request form for Cerakote, anodizing, engraving, 3D printed parts, logos, patches, artwork, and related project requests.

Can I send in my own marker or parts for a custom project?

Possibly. Send-in work depends on the item, project scope, condition, legal restrictions, shipping requirements, and whether the work can be completed safely and reliably. Submit a custom request before sending anything in.

Wholesale, B2B & Field Supplies

Do you offer wholesale or dealer pricing?

Yes. HR Tactical Innovations offers wholesale and B2B access for qualified businesses, fields, retailers, teams, event producers, resellers, and other approved buyers.

Who can apply for wholesale access?

Paintball fields, retail stores, online retailers, teams, event producers, training organizations, resellers, and qualified business buyers can apply. Approval is not automatic and may require business verification, resale documentation, and review of your sales channels.

What are the wholesale order minimums?

The first order minimum is $1,500. The basic minimum order after approval is $500 unless otherwise specified.

Is wholesale approval automatic?

No. Wholesale access, pricing, product permissions, payment terms, and ordering privileges are subject to review and approval.

Do you support government or institutional purchasing?
