Als u de programmeeroptie kiest, zal ik uw verzendpostcode gebruiken om lokale hamradio-torens te programmeren en FRS/GMRS-frequenties in te stellen. U kunt deze frequenties legaal beluisteren, maar niet uitzenden zonder licentie. De programmeeroptie kost $29 extra bovenop de prijs van de radio. Ik kan alleen radio's programmeren die op mijn site zijn gekocht. De programmeeroptie zorgt voor een extra dag verzendtijd.
